The “Presidential Floor” includes: spectacular views of the mountains as well as Banderas Bay, an outdoor pool with cascading waterfall, a main salon featuring a fish pond and atrium, a main dining room with 12 foot walnut dining table and crystal chandelier, a main gourmet kitchen that opens out onto the poolside terrace, a gallery that features antiques and fine art, a restful and relaxing living room, a huge master bedroom suite with Jacuzzi bath and separate dual headed marble shower, and 3 fully furnished guest bedroom suites.

The waterfall from the very top level that cascades into the pool on the main level provides a real "photo op" for the sightseeing tourists that arrive daily on tour buses which briefly park well below to view the bay before continuing their tour.

Villa Anatasia is a beautiful property perfectly situated away from the bustle of the Romantic Zone in PV but close enough to reach easily for activities, day or night. The pool has scenic views, and I love the magic of the trees overlooking the entertaining areas on the patio. Can't wait to visit again soon.
