Main Dining Room

Featuring the finest custom-made furniture available, anywhere! A twelve-foot walnut dining table with six side and two end chairs upholstered to compliment the window treatments were hand crafted by Karges. A matching buffet and an exquisite China cabinet complete the Karges setting and an antique walnut serving cart adds to this incredible dining room ensemble. The 24-karat gold crystal chandelier and the pair of European crystal candelabras provide the finishing touch of excellence.

Full Kitchen

A gourmet kitchen with top-quality stainless-steel appliances, loads of built-in custom cabinets, a large storage pantry, and a convenient serving bar make food preparation a pleasure. An entire wall of folding Amapa doors opens to the poolside terrace, while a magnificent stained-glass window-wall separates the kitchen from the dining room, providing a splendid focal point from either side.

Gallery

Ascending the quarried Cantera and marble spiral staircase past the fifteen-foot Tiffany-style stained glass window and various works of art, you’ll approach the gallery on the upper level. An incredible 24-karat gold crystal chandelier and crystal wall sconces light the staircase as you enter the gallery. Fabulously gilded chairs, sofas and other furnishings, imported from all over the world, await your comfort. Antiques, paintings, fine art objects, and handmade Persian rugs appear throughout the gallery. Window treatments are of the highest quality and compliment the furnishings beautifully. The huge crystal chandelier suspended from the forty-foot cupola above the main level salon is centered in the open area of the gallery, providing the focal point for this spacious, elegant, and formal room.

Living Room

This room, located on the main level, features a pair of plush leather Henredon sofas (six sections), a beautiful leather French bergère chair, and a hand-crafted leather cocktail table providing luxurious comfort while watching one of the seven TVs or listening to music. The large Persian rug and window treatments perfectly compliment the leather furnishings. Paintings, bronzes, etched glass tables and art objects, are too numerous to mention.

Master Bedroom Suite

This glorious suite features an impressive four poster Henredon ensuite with a new King Down mattress, Henredon leather bachelor chests, and an armoire. A Baker silk chaise and a marble top Italian desk compliment this room. The European crystal chandelier, fine gold mirrors, exquisite table and floor lamps, and art objects in the elaborate marble niches, complete the master suite. Adjacent to the suite are located the spacious walk-in closets and a huge master bathroom, adorned with marble columns, bronze water girls, Jacuzzi bath, and a separate dual headed marble shower, all with outrageous views of the bay.

Upper-Level Guest Bedroom Suite

This suite features a king upholstered sleigh bed with matching chair, decorative hand-painted bachelor chests, and an armoire. Again, the finest oriental mirrors and lamps are coordinated with a full wall oriental screen. Adjacent to this suite, another large walk-in closet and an exquisitely detailed guest bathroom which also serves the Upper Grand Salon. This marble columned bath is accessorized with 24-karat gold fixtures and crystal sconces throughout. Various objects of art and silk floral arrangements are displayed in the marble niche and on the granite countertops, ceiling murals and bronze sculptures harmonizing with those in the Upper Grand Salon, and custom mirrors reflecting the bay view, will surely dazzle you.

Lower-Level Guest Bedroom

The highlight of this architecturally incredible room is the awe-inspiring, hand-crafted, hand-painted, custom-made bedroom ensuite by Karges, the finest manufacturer of custom furniture in America. This suite includes a queen bed, bachelor chests, armoire and dresser. Elaborate mirrors, lamps, objects of art, and silk floral arrangements galore complete the setting under the large domed crystal chandelier. Adjacent to the suite is a stunning bathroom with closet, and again, a marble columned bath with 24-karat gold fixtures and lighting throughout.

Additional Guest Bedroom

If you’re looking for opulence, you’ll surely find it in this suite overlooking the tropical gardens below. Reminiscent of old-world grandeur, this suite is connected to the gallery by a twenty-foot hallway with stately marble columns and arched entries at each end. The arched ceiling of the hallway is tastefully adorned with sky, clouds, and angels, and is illuminated by indirect lighting and crystal wall sconces. A large stained-glass window, marble wall plaques, and a wet bar will be encountered enroute to this suite. You will be in awe upon entering this very special room which features gilded furnishings in the Renaissance era, many of which were custom made by Parra, a furniture manufacturer for world-renowned dignitaries. A magnificent gold leafed Karges table acts as the centerpiece under the large European crystal chandelier, suspended from the muralled dome above. This suite is adorned with incredibly detailed ceilings of sky, clouds, gold molding, and elegant murals of old-world scenes, just as you would find in the finest palaces of Europe. Indirect lighting in the dome as well as around the perimeter of the room represent only two of the five levels of lighting available for the ambiance of your choice. While you enjoy the surround sound system, you’ll be enthralled, gazing at the ceiling, dome, wainscoting, wall moldings, custom cabinets, stately bronze sculptures, art objects, and extraordinary Persian rugs.
